描述
25 bp DNA Ladder 适于测定 25 bp 至 500 bp 双链 DNA 的大小。 由包含重复的 25 bp DNA 片段的质粒制备，ladder 由 19 个平末端片段组成，这些片段的长度范围是 25 至 450 bp，增幅为 25 bp，另外还包含一个 500 bp 的片段。 该 Ladder 可以用溴化乙啶染色，或者使用 T4 多核苷酸激酶或 T4 DNA 聚合酶进行放射标记。
